Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)

In your role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. This pivotal role requires a blend of expertise in talent acquisition, process optimization, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process with agility and precision, matching the right talent with the right roles
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and designated HR Business Partners to identify and understand recruitment needs, driving the process from the front
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies, ensuring quality and efficiency during the entire talent acquisition process
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and other HR tools to streamline recruitment and maintain up-to-date data
  • Act as a primary contact for candidates, providing clear and helpful guidance on employment queries
  • Participate actively in recruitment events, representing the company's culture and values

Your Profile

  • Solid experience in HR, particularly in white-collar and blue-collar recruiting
  • In-depth understanding of the Austrian labor market and employment law
  • Working experience with HR information systems; a background in a technical field is beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in managing KPIs and improving processes
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented, with a proven ability to build effective relationships both internally and with external partners
